Delete Your Manifest LMS Account

Manifest LMS is published by Blackforce Inc. You can permanently delete your account and associated data at any time, in the app or from this page. No account access is required to request deletion here.

Delete in the app

  1. Open Manifest LMS and sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Go to Profile, then Settings, then Account.
  3. Tap Delete Account and confirm with your password. Your account and data are scheduled for permanent deletion.

Request deletion without the app

Use the contact form on this page and select Account deletion request, using the email address registered to your account. You can also email support@askmanifest.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

We verify your identity by email and confirm deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted, and what we keep

Data What happens
Account profile (name, email, phone, country) Permanently deleted within 30 days
Course progress, quiz results, learning analytics Permanently deleted within 30 days
Certificates issued to your account Permanently deleted within 30 days
Payment and billing records Retained up to 7 years where required by tax and financial regulations, then deleted
Records of the deletion request itself Retained up to 90 days to prevent fraud and abuse, then deleted
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Cancel your subscription through Google Play or the App Store first to avoid further charges. For more detail, see our Privacy Policy.
